Childhood for me was running wild and free, barefoot in the woods of Oregon – picking wildflowers, making forts out of fir boughs and losing myself in the daydreams that consumed me. I like to think that this early love of nature and wild spirit carries on in my photography, as I get to capture my clients in some of the most stunning landscapes on the planet.As an adult, my wanderlust brought me to Hawaii, where I met my husband and delivered both of my girls. After 15 years living the dream of island life, we decided to buy a house and plant some roots in Denver, Colorado. It’s here, that we’re finding a new love for the beauty that the mountains hold and trying to give our best to our children. I’ve found motherhood and family to be the most precious gifts this life has given me and I strive to find and create beauty in those relationships daily. It’s that inspiration and gratitude that enables me to seek and capture authentic moments for the families that I get to meet.
